Mitchell J. Robins Chief Executive Officer
Mitchell J. Robins is a graduate of the University of Michigan Graduate School of
Business Administration. Mr. Robins holds CPA licenses in California and Michigan,
and is the founding and managing partner of Robins & Associates CPAs. He is
the Chief Operating Officer of "The Seany Foundation", an IRS approved non-profit
organization founded in honor and in memory of his son, Sean Lewis Robins. Mr. Robins
is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Lumedics, Ltd., an international
medical laser development and distribution company. Mitch consults with national
and international companies, and brings creative and inventive business strategies
to Seany Records.
Harlan L. Lansky President
Seany Records President, Harlan Lansky, has created, produced and marketed many
albums throughout his career. They have generated millions of dollars in revenue
for such companies as EMI, Sony, and Warner Bros.Records. Mr. Lansky an accomplished
musician himself, has been a recording artist for Casablanca Records and MCA Records.
He also holds an impressive business background in the music industry, as a former
vice president/general manager of Soulpower Productions. During his five-year tenure
at Soulpower, Harlan helped guide the company's presence in the U.S., by working
with such well known artists as Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Mary J. Blige, and
Monica. In 1999, Mr. Lansky founded Matrix Musicworks, where he discovered many
new recording artists, such as Reeve Carney, who has just released his debut CD
on Interscope Records, and Brie Larson, who is preparing for her second release
on Universal Records. Harlan managed a staff of writers and producers at the company's
two private recording studios. While directing Matrix Musicworks, he was also President
of InVision Records, whose flagship artist was Ray Charles. Concurrently, Mr. Lansky
holds the position of staff writer/producer at EMI Music.
Jill A. Leonard Chief Financial Officer
Jill A. Leonard is a graduate of Lake Superior State University with a degree in
Mechanical Engineering and of Kettering University with a Master's in Operations
Management. In addition to her work with Seany Records, she currently holds a position
as Sr. Manager at General Motors. Jill is the proud mother of 2 young country music
lovers.
Tara T. Ricasa Vice President, A&R Administration
Tara T. Ricasa received her B.A. from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television.
She attributes her appreciation for music to her many travels. Tara has previously
worked for companies such as the La Jolla Playhouse and Busch Entertainment Corporation.
She currently serves as Director of Development for The Seany Foundation.
Amie F. Kuznicki A&R Administration
Amie Forte Kuznicki is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in
Engineering Arts and Supply Chain Management. After working for General Motors for
eight years as a Program Manager, Amie joined the Seany team. When not working,
she enjoys running and triathlons.
Emily D. Robins Art Director
Emily D. Robins is a recent graduate of Syracuse University's prestigious School
of Visual and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Design. As
Art Director of Seany Records and The Seany Foundation, Emily has seamlessly created
its aesthetic. She provides her artistic knowledge and creativity for all Seany
Records artists, as well as for the label itself.
Jeffery Michael Goodall, Jr. Director of A&R
Jeffery Michael Goodall, Jr. is a graduate from San Diego State University with
a bachelor's degree in Public Administration. Jeff has worked in the entertainment
industry as both a Disc Jockey, as well as, Promotions Director- putting together
and DJing some of the largest nightlife events in San Diego. Providing knowledge
of the industry and current trends, Jeff joins the Seany Records team as the Director
of A&R.
Rachael S. Roubitchek A&R Assistant
Rachael S. Roubitchek is a recent graduate of California State University San Marcos,
where she received her Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Studies. Rachael's primary passion
is music, encompassing a variety of genres from alternative to folk, ska to electronic,
and country to rap. She has always wanted to pursue a career in the music industry
and is excited to be apart of this unique label. When not working, she loves spending
time with family, friends, and going to concerts around the San Diego area.
A percentage of the profits from Seany Records is donated directly to The Seany
Foundation. Inspired by the life Sean Lewis Robins, The Seany Foundation is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to help find cures for pediatric
cancers, especially sarcomas, and to improving the quality of life for children
and teens battling cancer. Together, we are working to ensure that research programs
devoted to rare childhood cancers get the funding they desperately need. To find
