Mitchell J. Robins Chief Executive Officer
Mitchell J. Robins is a graduate of the University of Michigan Graduate School of
Business Administration. Mr. Robins holds CPA licenses in California and Michigan,
and is the founding and managing partner of Robins & Associates CPAs. He is
the Chief Executive Officer of "The Seany Foundation", an IRS approved non-profit
organization founded in honor and in memory of his son, Sean Lewis Robins. Mr. Robins
is also the founder and Chairman of the Board of Lumedics, Ltd., an international
medical laser development and distribution company. Mitch consults with national
and international companies, and brings creative and inventive business strategies
to Seany Records.
Harlan L. Lansky President
Seany Records President, Harlan Lansky, has created, produced and marketed many
albums throughout his career. They have generated millions of dollars in revenue
for companies such as EMI, Universal, Sony, and Warner Bros. Records. Mr. Lansky,
an accomplished musician himself, has been a recording artist for Casablanca Records
and MCA Records. He also holds an impressive business background in the music industry,
as a former vice president/general manager of Soulpower Productions. During his
five-year tenure at Soulpower, Harlan helped guide the company's presence in the
U.S. by working with well-known artists such as Whitney Houston, Toni Braxton, Mary
J. Blige, and Monica. In 1999, Mr. Lansky founded Matrix Musicworks, through which
he discovered many new recording artists; such as Reeve Carney, whose band Carney
recently released their debut CD on Interscope Records and who is currently starring
in the Broadway musical Spiderman Turn Out The Dark as title character Peter Parker/Spiderman.
Harlan managed a staff of writers and producers at the company's two private recording
studios. While directing Matrix Musicworks, he was also President of InVision Records,
whose flagship artist was Ray Charles. Concurrently, Mr. Lansky now holds the position
of staff writer/producer at EMI Music.
Tara T. Ricasa Vice President, A&R Administration
Tara T. Ricasa received her B.A. from UCLA's School of Theater, Film, and Television.
She attributes her appreciation for music to her many travels. Tara has previously
worked for companies such as the La Jolla Playhouse and Busch Entertainment Corporation.
She currently serves as Director of Development for The Seany Foundation.
Emily D. Robins A&R Director
Emily D. Robins is a recent graduate of Syracuse University's prestigious School
of Visual and Performing Arts with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Computer Design. As
A&R Director for Seany Records, Emily is always on the lookout for promising
talent. She provides artistic knowledge and creative input for all Seany Records
artists, as well as for the label itself. In her spare time, Emily donates her graphic
design skills as Art Director for The Seany Foundation.
Amie F. Kuznicki Chief Financial Officer
Amie Forte Kuznicki is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in
Engineering Arts and Supply Chain Management. After working for General Motors for
eight years as a Program Manager, Amie joined the Seany team. Her duties include
handling expense reports for the various Seany Records artists. When not working,
she enjoys running and triathlons.
Rachael S. Roubitchek A&R Assistant
Rachael S. Roubitchek recently graduated from California State University San Marcos
with a B.A. in Liberal Arts, while also receiving her Multiple Subject Credentials
in Elementary Education. Ever since she can remember, she has shared a love for
music. Whether it is indie, folk, hip-hop, or punk blasting through her speakers,
she has a craving for it all. As A&R Assistant, she lends a helping hand to
the committed Seany Records team and all of the label's amazing artists. In her
free time, Rachael enjoys exploring sunny San Diego and attending local music venues.
A percentage of the profits from Seany Records is donated directly to The Seany
Foundation. Inspired by the life Sean Lewis Robins, The Seany Foundation is a 501(c)(3)
nonprofit organization dedicated to funding research to help find cures for pediatric
cancers, especially sarcomas, and to improving the quality of life for children
and teens battling cancer. Together, we are working to ensure that research programs
devoted to rare childhood cancers get the funding they desperately need. To find
