made a very special appearance on behalf of Lollipop's Rhythm of Hope program. This
special event took place at the USC Medical Center on Wednesday, July 31. The Rhythm
of Hope program is an interactive music program for pediatric patients that inspires
children to create their own songs.

8/24/11 - Seany Records was out in support last
Sunday to help celebrate Louise Ashby launch her wonderful Louise Ashby Children’s Fund! The celebration took place
at the LPB Malibu Beach house, sponsored by Petit Ermitage. The Louise Ashby Children’s
Fund launch party was a star-studded affair at which guests were made aware of what
wonderful work Louise is doing to provide support to children who are going through
serious medical and psychological challenges.

Junction Music Festival. In anticipation of their upcoming performance at the 2011

7/26/11 - The Seany Foundation held its 1st Annual
Swinging For Seany Golf Tournament on May 23 at Fairbanks Ranch Country Club in
San Diego. In addition to an amazing day of golf, the players were treated to a
BBQ lunch, cocktail party, and an awards dinner, which included a live auction.

7/19/11 - The Seany Foundation Scores Again. Last
Thursday, The Seany Foundation held a special screening of the last Harry Potter
movie for children and teens from Rady Children's and Kaiser Permanente Hospitals.

6/27/11 - Last Thursday, Ruby Summer was the featured
performer for the Rogers & Cowen Public Relations Summer Concert Series. Ruby
Summer wowed the Rogers & Cowen staff and the many entertainment industry execs
in attendance with a fantastic performance.

Unite for a Great Cause! RADD is the entertainment industry's voice for road safety.
Many fantastic artists are involved with RADD, including Paul McCartney, Aerosmith,
Black Eyed Peas, and Justin Timberlake. Seany Records and Ruby Summer kicked off
their involvement with RADD at a press conference in San Diego on June 2; the event
was covered by seven broadcast networks in addition to several print publications.
In addition to performing, Ruby Summer spoke about the important work RADD does
in saving lives. The June 2 press conference was the first of several scheduled
across the country.

5/23/11 - Keynote Management's Ruzzo Martinelli
was on hand for his client Urbalist's debut Los Angeles performance, where he hit
the stage with the Reall Deall Band and hyped the crowd to a frenzy while mc'n over
the song "Return of the Mack".

5/4/11 - The Seany Foundation is holding its 1st
Annual "Swinging for Seany" Charity Golf Tournament, which takes place Monday, May

pact with Proper Music Group Ltd, which is the largest independent music distribution
company in the UK. The first release under this pact will be Or, the Whale's self-titled
album. The release of the album will coincide with the band's upcoming UK tour.
11/19/10 - Sean Robins rocks the 2011 HMMA Awards!
Last night in Hollywood, The Hollywood Music in Media Awards (www.hmmawards.com/) were held in the Kodak Theater
Complex on Hollywood Boulevard. The highlight of the evening's awards was The Seany
Robins Rock Award, which was presented by Gilby Clarke of Guns 'N Roses to the rock
band Bedford, who hail from Melbourne Australia. Preceding the award presentation,
the sold-out theater of entertainment industry professionals and performers was
extremely moved as they watched a film presentation of Sean, which showed his amazing
personality and spirit. Pictured below is Harlan Lansky, President of Seany Records,

11/15/10 - Or, the Whale and "Toxic" now available!
Or, the Whale's cover version of the Britney Spears song "Toxic" is garnering new
fans worldwide for the band. With the song being released by EMI Records in France,
Seany Records has made "Toxic" available for its fans in the U.S. via iTunes and
all other major digital download stores.
11/15/10 - Ruby Summer is in the recording studio
putting the finishing touches on its eagerly awaited debut album for Seany Records.
The girls have been working around the clock for the album's March 2011 release.
11/12/10 - Urbalist rocks the house! Last night,
Seany Urban recording artist Urbalist held his album release event and birthday

10/14/10 - Seany Records' Triple Threat! Seany
Records recording artists Or, the Whale, Urbalist, and Ruby Summer have all scored
nominations for the upcoming HMMA Awards. The ceremony will take place at the Kodak
Theater Complex in Hollywood on November 18, 2010. Or, the Whale is competing in
the Americana/Roots category, Urbalist in the hip hop category, and Ruby Summer
will be vying for an award in the Best Pop category. November 18 could be a big
night for Seany Records.
9/17/10 - The Seany Records team is gearing up
for the 3rd Annual Seany Foundation Everything Is Possible Celebration Gala, which
takes place in San Diego on 10/10/10 from 5pm to 8pm. The gala will be held this

announces the signing of pop duo Ruby Summer. Ruby Summer is now in studio to begin

6/21/10 Today, Seany Records is proud to announce
the formation of a new division: Seany Urban.
The first artist signing is east coast-based hip-hop artist Urbalist, who entered
the studio alongside producers 8th and Vertygo last month to record his debut album.
The album will be called "Cancerous Flow: Lyrical Journal", which chronicles Urbalist's
experiences as a cancer patient and, ultimately, as a cancer survivor. The album
will describe his experiences from day one through treatment, touching on his fear,
despair, and his determination to vanquish his disease.

A&R Administration head Tara Ricasa attended the i2y NYC Metro/4th Annual Stupid
Cancer Ungala at the Taj Lounge in New York City, where crowds gathered for an evening
of support, music, community, and the raw power of i2y's Stupid Cancer Movement.
5/29/10 Legendary rock band Heart and The Seany
Foundation team up! Right before Heart's Ann and Nancy Wilson were to take the stage
last night at Harrah's Rincon Open Sky Theater, The Seany Foundation appeared backstage,
where both Ann and Nancy personally autographed a guitar for the cause. The guitar
will be part of a silent auction for The Seany Foundation's 3rd Annual "Everything
Is Possible Celebration '10" to be held at the San Diego Hall Of Champions on 10/10/10.
5/23/10 - This past weekend, Seany Records recording
artist Urbalist attended the OMG! Summit for young adult cancer survivors in Manhattan,
an event put together by I2Y, the Leukemia & Lymphoma society. A 10-minute promotional
film debuted at the conference featuring the music and story of Urbalist, along
with a few of his friends:

3/15/10 - Seany Records is proud to announce that
they have entered into a music licensing deal with Play Network. Play Network is
a premiere branded entertainment provider that will be exposing Seany Records' artist
roster to millions of new listeners through various outlets such as Starbucks, Gap,

2/25/10 - Seany Records announces a strategic
partnership with Brent Harvey and KBH Entertainment. Mr. Harvey will be representing
Seany recording artist Or, the Whale in all its movie, television, and advertising
music placements. Mr. Harvey is also the founder of the Hollywood Music in Media Awards and its sister

2/11/10 - Seany Records today announces that the
company will be well-represented at this year's SXSW Music Festival, which will

last night in support of The Seany Foundation's "Everything is Possible Celebration
'09", which was held at the San Diego Hall of Champions. All proceeds benefit the
foundation's projects, which include the Teen Center in the new oncology wing at
Rady Children's Hospital and pediatric cancer research at UCSD Moores Cancer Center.
9/14/09 - Seany Records is proud to announce that
tomorrow it will be releasing Or, the Whale's new self-titled second album (available
on CD, LP, and digitally) via Burnside Distribution. The album is already receiving
airplay all across the country. The band's upcoming 33-date concert tour includes
performances at the Chicago Country Music Festival, a Mountain Stage performance

Music Awards. The agreement centers around a very special award that will be presented
at the ceremony which takes place on November 20th at The Hollywood Highlands in
the world famous Kodak Theater Complex in Hollywood California. This award is called
The Seany Robins Rock Artist of the Year Award and is named after Sean Lewis Robins,
for whom The Seany Foundation was created. The Seany Foundation, a non-profit organization
headquartered in San Diego, is dedicated to finding a cure for pediatric cancers
that challenge thousands of children a year. Created in 2006, The Seany Foundation
was inspired by Sean, a courageous teen who battled Ewing's sarcoma (ES), a rare
bone cancer, for seven years. By funding vital research and helping children thrive

by music producer Harlan L. Lansky and entrepreneur Mitchell J. Robins.
